Well here we go again. Here’s another gratuitous plus for the CTLS Pattaya Cultural Centre which is being constructed by supporters of this site.
No its not really gratuitous. They’re doing a great job.
In fact only last week the name of the co-builder of the project Chris Gleeson came up in Pattaya Court. That was when the lawyer for Drew Noyes asked to know how much Chris had donated to the site. Actually Chris is an advertiser for the CTLS Language School.
Drew Noyes has a habit of trying to interfere with advertisers and in due course wrote something bad about Chris’s school on his blog www.andrew-drummond-watch.blogspot.com.
Chris’ immediate reaction was to email Noyes to announce that he had donated US$15,000 to Andrew Drummond – and Drew Noyes, the buffoon that he was, fell into the trap and was livid. So much so that wrote what follows below – Read it and enjoy the pictures of how the Pattaya Cultural Centre is progressing.

(No but I daresay I could put in a pool next to my 2,000 baht a month apartment Noyes used to say I lived in)
“The 500,000 baht gift Drummond will have plenty of money left to pay his lawyers and post bail to avoid jail while awaiting five separate upcoming criminal trials in August and September for computer crimes and defamation by publication.
(True had I been given it. But August and September have been and gone and four of those cases have been dismissed)
“Suspicion mounts in Pattaya over CTLS Language School 1/2 million baht payment to convicted criminal Andrew Drummond.
(Who is suspicious? Drew perhaps?)
Current and former CTLS Langugae School employees confirm that Andrew Drummond visits Chris Gleeson for private meetings at the CTLS Language School shop house located on a small street near Pattaya Klang. (Where is it?)
This money will likely be used by Drummond for defending his multiple criminal court cases as he continues posting the same lies over and over again on his blog about people and businesses in Thailand. (read. As he keeps writing horrible stories about me)
“The blogger who uses various names including the Flying Sporran is named Andrew Michael Drummond. He has been accused of accepting money from competitors of businesses, along with another blogger who goes by the name Topper.
(Who is making the accusations? Nobody I know. Oh Drew is!)
Both men are widely known for writing negative articles on their blogs to hurt the reputations of foreign business owners and their businesses in Thailand. (Read: Both men may have written negatively about Noyes. I cannot speak for Topper)
Local language schools which compete with CTLS are being contacted to closely monitor the blog of Andrew Drummond to make sure their language schools do not come under attack wrongly. (To warn them about Drew Noyes? He’s the only person attacking language schools)

Chris Gleeson says he is the owner of CTLS Language School in Pattaya Thailand even though foreigners are not allowed to own schools under Thai law. So where did Gleeson get the money? Why did he give that much money to Drummond?
The school is owned by Gleeson’s wife. Foreigners are not allowed to own newspapers or deal in land and property Drew. Where did Chris get his money? Well Drew, Chris and his wife earn an honest living. Think about it for a second.
Nevertheless, Chris Gleeson has announced a 500,000 baht contribution to Andrew Drummond.”
Actually Drew was not so far out. This site has now been funded to fight Goudie and Noyes and Hanks,’wherever they go’ – ‘whatever it takes’. But the funds did not come from Chris.
That was Chris’ wind-up to Drew Noyes and a way of confirming he had was putting stuff up on the blogspot site.
And if there is anybody else out there who is being threatened by fake lawyers Noyes or Goudie in relation to the criminal libel laws or Computer Crime Act please let us know.
Meanwhile Tewi and Chris good luck with the Pattaya Cultural Centre. Perhaps you could have Noyes come in and repeat his talk about the Monica Lewinsky and the Thai culture of minor wives, and how all Filipinas speak English.

Drew's delusional syndrome is becoming very extreme, when will he realize that his word, opinion,thoughts,threats,insinuations, lies, bluffs are of no value or concern to anyone, each time he manifests himself he appears more confused and ridiculous. This last joke really got him off the rails, it is good to turn the whole of Drew's story into a comedy of the absurd, as for comedy it has been since long ago, we get our good dose of laughs every time his name comes up, now that it also has become a mind game it seems Drew is not getting the momentum…By the way he has not exposed himself much lately, is it shame? or pure loss of face ? hei Drew, if you are hiding and secluded you won't have any chance of finding me, get out you little coward, let's play hide and seek, remember you haven't got much time left, trials are coming up and in my opinion your conviction is as sure as it gets, Judges are well aware of your and your two crook friends rotten characters… the after arrest party will be a glorious day in Pattaya and Thailand…
Drew, being the immature nutbag he is, gets extremely envious and jealous of who he perceives to be successful. It seems he always needs to be fighting these successful people. He spent years fighting with and undermining Niels Colov. He then unsuccessfully tried to emulate Niels but failed miserably. Everything Niels was doing, Drew wanted to do it to. From owning a newspaper, operating a legal practice, a phone book, having influential friends etc etc. Everything failed. Badly.
Disillusioned Drew wrote about himself in his own Pattaya Times, his picture was on every page. It looked more like a teenagers facebook page than a newspaper. If he took a shit, Drew would write about it, take photos and publish it. Nobody was interested though, the newspaper didn't sell or have any advertisers and failed.
Andrew Drummond however has managed to achieve fame and success from writing about Drew Noyes, the sad, pathetic truth that Drew describes as a hate site. Before this American came along, Andrew Drummond had a A1 reputation, but no advertisers and not too many readers. Two years later he is running out of room for more advertisers, over 50 people have donated to him to help with legal costs and when he comes to Pattaya now he is given a hero's reception with people lining the streets and showering him with 1,000 baht notes. He has become a cult figure, women of all ages think he is a sexy man, a superhero with balls of steel. Drew tries time and time again to kick him in the balls but only ends up with a sore foot and Andrew and the rest of Pattaya end up laughing at this fool.
Now, after looking at the CLTS web site it appears they are the number 1 language school in Thailand and the cultural centre looks amazing. Quite an achievement. Drew can not even organize to open a simple beer bar ,Cupids, even with 250,000 USD of someone else'[s money.
Tewi Gleeson, is highly educated and advises Senators so I would imagine she is also a highly respected figure. Drew's girl from the Buffalo Beer Bar, from what the boys tell, me is quite skillful in some areas, but probably didn't finish high school and I would believe, not respected at all.
Tewi, language, Senators and culture, Drew, dodgy deals, pimps and hookers. Quite a contrast indeed.
Tewi, best of luck to you. You already have the number 1 school in Thailand, by the look of things you may soon also have the leading Cultural Show.
But be careful, Drew hates success and plays a very, very dirty game. He has form of hitting women (but never a man), and will stoop to any lows.
Interestingly, he has returned to referring to himself as a lawyer again as reported on the asiawatch blog and will be representing Brian 'Misty Eyes' Goldie at his upcoming trial, who formerly was locked away in an Australian prison for 6 years of hell, sharing a cell with a crazy, gay, well endowed, native aborigine rapist. If you look into his misty eyes you can see he is still not over it. Good luck in your search for love Brian, you bitch.

CTLS have been slandered on several sites,Simply because we have an advertising banner on this site.
I did send Drew a polite email asking him to withdraw his comments, if he did not i would get a court order ordering Google to give me the IP address of the owners of these blogs. And then i would sue him for 100 million baht and yes i have the 2% to pay the courts and just to prove this i have just donated 500,000 baht to Andrew Drummond fighting fund.
I called Andrew and told him about the email but never ever told him how much i donated, he thanked me for a large donation. (which was never made)
So the only people who were aware of the 500,000 baht were indeed myself and Drew Noyes, 4 days later he proceeded to write the article above, Just confirming that it is indeed himself who is posting these comments.
1 month ago we issued legal proceedings against Google Thailand to obtain these ip addresses , when we get the court order and can confirm the identity of the poster, then i will ask Andrew to write another story for everyone slandered on these blogs to join us in a class action against the poster.
Google have just lost 3 similar cases in the UK, Italy and Australia, were all the judges stated that by not removing the posts Google were as guilty as the original poster (in Australia it cost them $200,000)
Chris, I respect you and AD to the utmost, but even if you obtain Noisey's IP, what will prevent him from claiming that someone else posted the libelous statements from his PC as he has done in the past and even convinced the Thai courts of? Then again couldn't we all claim the same if Noisey, or Goudie/Goldie, or Hanks came after us? Without a doubt, there are many people who would love to be a part of serving them their just desserts. Who knows if these same people have access to our PC's?
