Noyes allegedly posted a libel message against her that she was an
unknowledgeable Thai woman and her husband filed for her divorce. She, then,
checked the information at Google web site, discovering that Mr Drew made a
statement citing his many qualifications and being a correspondent of Pattaya
Times Newspaper and a web site at www.pattaya-times.com.“He posted a message in the site that he was the host for the
arrival of HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn in 2003 and for the 80th
birthday celebration of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, etc., and that he
was awarded the prestigious Her Majesty Queen Regent Sirikit Service Merit
Medallion Award in 2004.“Mr Drew Noyes was one of those selected to serve as a member
of the Siam Society under Royal Patronage. Following an examination by the
informer of the information cited by Mr Noyes after discovery of the posting,
it was untrue and Mr Noyes’ citation has tarnished, defamed and brought into
disrepute the royal prestige of the King and royal family. That is why the
informer is here to ask the inquiry official to deal with Mr Noyes legally.”

Indeed, DN was never the host during HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn in 1993, he was once merely asked to explain a set of old Pattaya pictures, together with four other US servicemen when HRH Maha Chakri Sirindhorn visited Pattaya. To call yourself "host" is indeed a plain lie. Well I truly hope it starts all un-raffling from here on, this phony needs to be taken out of the equation the sooner the better.

Tackling DN is a bit like pulling legs off a spider and it is cruel to treat a helpless creature in that way, slowly pulling him apart.

Maybe the establishment will wake up to DN pretending he is close to the monarchy, which can only harm their reputation.
I have considered from day one that Mr Noye's finessed declarations were lese' majeste and am glad to see someone calling him on it, as much as I disagree with the law.
As someone who went to some trouble and expense to meet with Mr. Noyes under the impression he was a qualified and legal lawyer, using an ad on a popular forum, " The only American Lawyer allowed to practice in Thailand…, " I am happy to write a statement to such effect.
