FAKE LAWYER’S ALLEGED US$300,000 FEE TO GET MAN OUT OF JAIL MAY HAVE BEEN EXAGGERATED-

MILLER WALKS!

-American Greg Miller whose mother allegedly paid fake lawyer
Brian Goudie US$300,000 to get out of jail on child sexual abuse charges has
been released from Nong Plalai Prison on bail, after a case against him was
dismissed.

Legal charges were comparatively minor compared to Goudie’s estimate. He may have exaggerated. Miller’s bail was 200,000 Thai baht.US$6,500
Miller however still faces an earlier child sexual abuse
charge and cannot leave the country in the meantime.
Brian Goudie, 47, is currently accused of defrauding Miller’s
mother Barbara Fanelli Miller from Madison, Wisconsin, at Pattaya Provincial
Criminal Court. If he does not turn up for the next hearing a warrant will be
issued for his arrest.

But even before that on September 30th he faces a
civil case also brought by Mrs Miller for the return of his cash. Lawyers are
interested in any assets he has in Thailand or owned by his so called ‘Thai’
companies, most of which appear to have been structured illegally.
Greg Miller was found as a client for Goudie by Briton Ian
Tracy who visited Nong Plalai Prison on behalf of the Mercy Centre.  While the Mercy Centre paid his expenses, the
real cash came from Goudie, who also gave him accommodation at the ‘Jaggy
Thistle’ in Pattaya, a pub which he had taken off Ulster drugs trafficker Jimmy
Halliday.

At the time he was on the run for child sexual abuse himself having failed to turn up for the last day of his trial when he was sentenced to four years in jail. Police acting on a tip off arrested him on Goudie’s premises. The tip off is believed to have come from Goudie who was fed up with Tracy’s requests for money.

Goudie, from Falkirk, Scotland, was of course inmate
E0000274 in Hakea Prison, West Australia, under the name Brian James Goldie before he re-invented himself as ‘Goudie of the Bailey’ and started charging people for his barrister services in Thailand
 He
has not turned up at any case so far except to prosecute Briton Andy Mathews,
an estate agent, for libel after he went to his bar and demanded a 400,000 baht
loan back.

Ian Tracy gives the finger after being arrested at the Jaggy Thistle. It is believed Goudie in the background actually
tipped off police.

In a related matter any ‘victims’ of Drew Walter Noyes and
Wanrapa Boonsu, associates of Mr Goudie, who wish to give evidence against
them, and who have already not been in contact with this site, are encouraged to
do so.
Journalist Andrew Drummond is being sued by calling David
Hanks, a former pimp and owner of the Masquerades Brothel in Melbourne, a
former pimp and owner of the Masquerades brothel in Melbourne.

Drew Noyes is suing Andrew Drummond for damaging his ‘respectable
businesses’ in Pattaya.

  1. Goldie's been quiet recently….no updates to his "hate the truth site", "A wee Jock nutter on the loose and out of control in Thailand" I wonder….has he bigger issues to attend to???

    1. Eventually the wheel turns and the house of cards these psychopaths build comes crashing down. I think he'll be left with no option but to run. You can bet the money is long gone.

  2. The "old" news is that Pattaya appears to have more than its fair share of "Perverts" and "Kiddy Fiddlers" floating about, why is that one wonders?

Might be something to do with the water? (Cesspit)

Thailand should fast track these cases and if proven guilty boot them out of the Kingdom forever.
